February 12, 2013. Students sorted hearts by color. This was one of nine stations where students engaged in hands-on Valentine activities. All centers focused on the reinforcement of first grade math and science GLCEs. I designed and created all nine learning activities which connected key math and science concepts to real-life situations. This was my second field placement.

February 21, 2013. I enjoyed judging and learning about the investigation . . . Are you left or right brained? from three brothers who worked together on the project. Listening to the students, learning from the students, and providing positive feedback to promote the love of science was what this experience was all about!
